Do I get Leadership Training if I join the Academy?
Yes! This membership group is all about Leadership Training, growth and development but in a new and exciting way. You will not only have access to weekly training which will be relevant and easy to watch, but will also have mentoring support from Rebecca and other Nursery Managers, Owners and Leaders.
Who is the Nursery Leadership Academy group for?
The group is for all levels of Nursery Managers, Leaders and Owners.
Can I join the Academy as a new manager?
Yes, this group will be ideal to develop in your role as a new manager.
I am a Nursery Owner, is the Academy relevant for me?
Absolutely! As an Nursery Owner herself, Rebecca is highly experienced and skilled at owning multiple nurseries and all the challenges you can face! The Academy offers support and focus on the operational side of owning nurseries as well as the business and financial aspects. You will be supported in all aspects of your role as Nursery Owner.
What is a rolling membership?
Once you join the Nursery Leadership Academy, your subscription will be taken on the same date each month. You pay in advance for the month ahead and this continues to roll for the length of time you are in the Nursery Leadership Academy.
Can I leave the Academy at any time?
You are able to leave at any time by giving us 1 month's notice in writing by email. No refunds will be given on payments already received. Once your month expires from your last payment, your subscription will end and you will be removed from the group.
Can my Team join on my subscription?
This is a single use membership only so your Team cannot join on one single membership. Once you have signed up and payment has been received, you will be invited to join the private Academy Facebook and Messenger group where Rebecca delivers all her support and live weekly Training. You will also be given access to all of Rebecca's Training Courses and Masterclasses.
